En el lugar, antiguamente se encontraba el barrio de Temazcaltitlan, zona de Teopan/Zoquiapan, y que a la llegada de los españoles se conoció como San Pablo.

En este metaverso conocerás sobre las formas culturales del actual barrio de La Merced. Mismo que en tiempos prehispánicos era conocido como Teopan/Zoquiapan y que a la llegada de los españoles tomo el nombre de San Pablo. Además podrás visitar el Corredor Cultural en Talavera y recorridos virtuales de su patrimonio.
