Taiwan Shrine (Jingū) is a shrine whose original location was at the foot of Jiantan Mountain near Jiantan of Taipei City. It was named "Taiwan Shrine (Jinja)" when it was completed in 1901, and then underwent relocation and expansion from 1943 to 1944.It was established at the end of World War II (1944) and renamed to Shrine (Jingū).
